ATRIYA JAIPUR is committed to ensuring complete satisfaction with the merchandise you have ordered from us.

Customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 48 hours; ATRIYA JAIPUR will take action accordingly.

Any cancellations of orders will be accepted within 10-12 hours of order placement.

Once the Customer has canceled the order, a refund will be initiated within 2-4 working days.

At ATRIYA JAIPUR, we offer an Exchange for a product if somehow the delivered
product is damaged. Videos and Pictures of the product are mandatory. However,
the chances of a damaged delivery are rare because all our products are packed with
utmost care and premium packaging material.

We do not provide reverse pick-up services. The package needs to be sent back to us by the customer.
